MINUTES OF THE EXTRAORDINARY MEETING OF THE PARISH COUNCIL
HELD AT MULSANNE PAVILION, FIELD CLOSE, NETTLEHAM
ON WEDNESDAY 15 FEBRUARY 2023, AT 7.30PM
Present: Councillors: Cllr Mrs A White (Chairman), Cllr J Evans (Vice-Chairman), Cllr A Henderson, Cllr C Higham, Cllr Mrs J Clayton.
Councillors not present: Cllr P Jenkinson, Cllr Homer, Cllr R Porter, Cllr J Barrett, Cllr P McNeill, Cllr C Higham, Cllr D Newsam.

The Meeting opened at 7.30pm
023/23. To resolve to receive apologies and accept reasons for absence received by the Clerk, prior to the meeting.
It was proposed, seconded and RESOLVED: To accept apologies and reasons for absence received from: Cllr P Jenkinson, Cllr Homer, Cllr R Porter, Cllr J Barrett, Cllr P McNeill, Cllr C Higham, Cllr D Newsam. Unanimous
024/23. Disclosure of interests in accordance with the requirements of the Localism Act 2011 and to consider any requests for dispensations.
None
025/23. To resolve whether to move into closed session and exclude the public and press, in accordance with the Public Bodies (Admissions to Meetings) Act 1960, due to the commercial or sensitive nature of business to be discussed.
At 7.35pm, it was proposed, seconded and RESOLVED: To move the meeting into closed session. Unanimous

026/23. Closed Session
a) To agree an offer to appoint a new Clerk to the Nettleham Parish Council
The applicant’s recent interview was discussed and it was proposed, seconded and RESOLVED: To offer a position of Clerk on a 30 hour per week basis which includes 2 days in the office and 2 days working from home. The offer would be subject to references. Unanimous
b) To agree an offer to appoint a new RFO to the Nettleham Parish Council
The applicant’s recent interview was discussed and it was RESOLVED: To offer a position of RFO on a 12 hour per week basis which includes an average 2 days per month working in the office (as appropriate) the remainder working at home. The offer would be subject to references. Unanimous
