A MEETING OF THE COUNCIL’S PROPERTY COMMITTEE WILL BE HELD ON TUESDAY 9 JULY 2024 AT 7.15PM AT THE OLD SCHOOL SMALL HALL, MILL HILL, NETTLEHAM
Prior to the start of the meeting a public forum will ordinarily, of no more than 15 minutes, be held. The public may address the council on current matters or issues that may become future agenda items.
AGENDA
1. To Resolve to receive apologies and accept reasons for absence.
2. Disclosure of interests in accordance with the requirements of the Localism Act 2011 and to consider any requests for dispensations.
(Declaration of any disclosable interest in a matter to be discussed at the meeting and which is not included in the register of interests. Members are reminded that they are required to absent themselves during the discussion and voting on matters in which they had a disclosable pecuniary interest)
3. The notes of the Property Committee meeting held on 4 June 2024 to be Approved as the minutes.
4. Financial Matters – (FM)
a). To approve/ratify recent and proposed expenditure.
b). To consider the income and expenditure report at 30/06/24
5. Facilities Manager Report (for information only)
6. To discuss Election of a Vice Chair.
7. To discuss recruitment of Councillors to working groups.
8. To receive working group updates.
9. To consider New Allotment Rent Review Report.
10. To discuss feedback from residents on the No Mow areas.
11. To consider recent Tree Survey Report for Mulsanne Park.
12. To consider Quotation for the installation of CCTV in Bill Baileys play area.

The next meeting of the Parish Council’s Property Committee will be held on 10 September 2024 at Old SchoolSmall Hall Mill Hill Nettleham. Please email items for the agenda and relevant paperwork for the next meeting by Tuesday 3 September 2024 for inclusion on to the Property Committee Agenda.
15. To resolve whether to move into closed session and exclude the public and press, in accordance with the Public Bodies (Admissions to Meetings) Act 1960, due to the commercial or sensitive nature of business to be discussed.
