Dear Councillors Henderson, McGuire and Simpson you are hereby summoned to attend the below meeting:
A MEETING OF THE PARISH COUNCIL HR COMMITTEE WILL BE HELD ON MONDAY 19 FEBRUARY 2024, AT 6.00PM AT THE COUNCIL OFFICE, SCOTHERN ROAD, NETTLEHAM
Agenda
1. To RESOLVE to receive apologies and accept reasons for absence received by the Clerk, prior to the meeting.
2. To RECEIVE disclosure of interests in accordance with the requirements of the Localism Act 2011 and to consider any requests for dispensations.
(Declaration of any disclosable interest in a matter to be discussed at the meeting and which is not included in the register of onterests)
3. To RESOLVE to approve the draft minutes of the last meeting held on the 14 October 2023 as a correct record and the legal minutes of the meeting.
4. To RESOLVE whether to exclude the public and press for the following item/s, in accordance with the Public Bodies (Admissions to Meetings) Act 1960, due to the commercial or sensitive nature of business to be discussed. (Recommended for all the following items as they relate to confidential staffing matters.)
5. To NOTE the reports relating to the recent Staff Appraisals and to RESOLVE any actions / recommendations related to issues raised therein.
6. To RESOLVE a recommendation to Full Council of staff SCP for the financial years 2023/2024 and 2024/2025.
7. To RESOLVE recommendations to Full Council in relation to the below matters:
a). Office Cleaning
b). Lone Working Safety
c). Annual Leave
d). Home Working Policy
e). Menopause Policy
f). Staff Call Outs to Council Buildings
8. To RESOLVE the arrangement and details of the 6 monthly informal meeting between Staff and Councillors.
