Dear Councillors Mc Neill, McGuire (White as substitute) and Simpson you are hereby summoned to attend the below meeting:  

A MEETING OF THE PARISH COUNCIL HR COMMITTEE WILL BE HELD ON THURSDAY 6 FEBRUARY 2025, AT 3.00PM AT THE COUNCIL OFFICE, SCOTHERN ROAD, NETTLEHAM

Agenda

1.     To RESOLVE to receive apologies and accept reasons for absence received by the Clerk, prior to the meeting.

2.     To RECEIVE disclosure of interests in accordance with the requirements of the Localism Act 2011 and to consider any requests for dispensations.

(Declaration of any disclosable interest in a matter to be discussed at the meeting and wich is not included in the rehgister of interests)

3.    To RESOLVE to approve the draft minutes of the last meeting held on the 09/12/2024 as a correct record and the legal minutes of the meeting. 

4.    To RESOLVE whether to exclude the public and press for the following item/s, in accordance with the Public Bodies (Admissions to Meetings) Act 1960, due to the commercial or sensitive nature of business to be discussed. (Recommended for all the following items as they relate to confidential staffing matters.) 

5.    To RESOLVE any actions or recommendations to Council in relation to the Facility Manager role and recruitment.
