- To receive apologies and accept reasons for absence received by the Clerk / RFO, prior to the meeting.
- To receive disclosure of interests in accordance with the requirements of the Localism Act 2011 and to consider anyrequests for dispensations. (Declaration of any disclosable interest in a matter to be discussed at the meeting and which is not included in the register of interests).
- To review year end accounting statements to period ending 31st March 2024
- To review accounting statements and budget for period ending 30th April 2024
- To review earmarked reserves
- To review Health & Safety Contract
- To review investment arrangements
- To review banking arrangements and mandate
- To review insurance renewal
- To review utility renewal
- To review CIL report
- To appoint committee member to review quarterly internal control
- To agree dates for future meetings.
