A MEETING OF THE FINANCE COMMITTEE WILL BE HELD ON TUESDAY 25th MARCH 2025 AT 5.30 PM AT THE PARISH OFFICE, SCOTHERN LANE, NETTLEHAM
Agenda
1. To receive apologies and accept reasons for absence received by the Clerk / RFO, prior to the meeting.
2. To receive disclosure of interests in accordance with the requirements of the Localism Act 2011 and to consider any requests for dispensations. (Declaration of any disclosable interest in a matter to be discussed at the meeting and which is not included in the register of interests).
3. To approve the minutes of the Finance Committee held on 1st October 2024
4. To review Accounting Statements and Budget Review ending 28/02/24
5. To review earmarked reserves
6. To review investment arrangements
7. To consider and make recommendations in respect of CIL spending.
8. To appoint committee member to review quarterly internal control
9. To agree dates for future meetings.
