A MEETING OF NETTLEHAM PARISH COUNCIL

WILL BE HELD IN THE SMALL HALL, THE OLD SCHOOL, NETTLEHAM

TUESDAY 18 FEBRUARY 2020 AT 7.30PM

Prior to the start of the meeting a public forum will ordinarily, of no more than 15 minutes, be held.  The public may address the council on current matters or issues that may become future agenda items.  Reports from County and District Councillors, representatives on outside bodies and the Police will be given at this time.

1     To resolve to receive apologies and accept reasons for absence received by the Clerk, prior to the meeting

a) To consider request from resident to purchase Council land west side of 12 Larch Avenue.

a)  Request to hire the Village Green – 6/12/20 for the Nettleham Festive Market.

b)  Leaflet – ‘Vision for Nettleham’ and Council’s subsequent response.

c)  Correspondence following receipt of donation for replacement gate – access to Swathe.

d)  Request to use Bishops Palace grounds on 31/5/20 at 7pm – by Methodist church.

e)  Feedback from Festive Market Committee – update about recipient organisations from proceeds.

f)   WLDC – to adopt a new Parish Charter

12   Date of Next Meetings – The next meeting of the Parish Council will be held on Tuesday 17th March 2020 commencing at 7.30pm in the Small Hall, The Old School, Mill Hill, Nettleham.
